Founded in 1992, Al Moalem Institute (AMI) marks its thirtieth anniversary in the business this year. AMI has completed three decades of excellence in serving the kingdom’s training and development sector through a wide selection of innovative courses and programs that cater to the ever-changing and evolving needs of the labor market.

For thirty years, AMI has remained loyal to its noble mission of preparing and developing young Bahrainis before joining the workforce and enhancing the knowledge and skills of professionals working in various industrial and economic sectors. Throughout this period, we have trained more than fifty thousand candidates; we have provided hundreds of training programs with internationally recognized certifications and qualifications; and we have enhanced staff skills by working with only the best, world-renowned learning partners.

Resilient in times of crises.

AMI has triumphantly braved every crisis that has affected the country and the economy. As a premier training institute, we value the importance of preparation and risk assessment. Our strategic plan is reviewed thoroughly every year to update and expand our goals and key performance indicators, making us resilient to any challenges we face.

Recently, the pandemic due to the Covid-19 virus, emerged the toughest crisis we ever faced. We stayed calm and kept ourselves safe. We believed that protecting each other’s health was far more important than meeting face to face. But we did not stop learning, we adapted.  We embraced the virtual classroom. We continued our passion to learn and to lead. Since the pandemic, we have conducted hundreds of courses and will continue to do even more now that the face-to-face learning is back.
