  1. A non-refundable ONE TIME registration fee of BD5/- is to be paid upon registration.
  2. Learners will be accepted after successfully complying with the requirements of the chosen course.
  3. Al Moalem offers courses on the basis that there will be enough participants to attend the course. Courses may be cancelled or re-scheduled if insufficient number of learners, inevitable circumstances or for reasons beyond AMI’s control. In the event of cancellation or re-scheduling, AMI’s liability will be limited to the fully paid course fees only.
  4. Request for refund must be made in writing at all times and must be submitted 5 working days before the start of the course. Though, AMI allows nomination of candidate replacement before the start of the course.
  5. Learners may withdraw from their course before the course starts. Withdrawal request MUST be submitted in writing to the Registration Office. Learners applying for withdrawal must submit their written request 5 working days before the course start to receive 100% full fees refund. Thereafter, Learners will only be entitled to 50% refund. No refund will be issued once the course started.
  6. Request for course deferral must be submitted in writing to registration section 5 working days before the course starts. No request for deferral will be accommodated thereafter. Fees paid will be deferred. Deferral can only be made ONCE. Any fees paid for the course being deferred will not be refunded.
  7. Learners should attend the full course duration and strictly abide with the course days and timing. Learners’ whose attendance fall below 70% of the learning hours will be withdrawn and considered as “drop-out”. Learners considered as “Drop-Out” will be required to pay the full course fees regardless of the number of sessions attended.
  8. AMI reserves the right to change the programme fees structure without prior notice.
  9. No refund will be processed for learners who failed to attend or discontinued from his course.
  10. For online learning and resources, learners are bound with the confidentiality of the materials including but not limited to handouts, presentations, videos. Learner confirms that access to these materials is solely for personal use and will not be disclosed to third party. AMI holds proprietary to online materials it provides and reserves the right to impose sanctions, penalties and claim for damages for any infringement thereof.
  11. AMI is committed in respecting the privacy of all its learners and prospective learners. AMI will not sell, trade or share any personal and private information with anyone or any organization. Unless provided and required by law, Al Moalem Institute will not disclosed learner’s information to third parties.

Occasionally, AMI will communicate with learners and/ or prospective learners information regarding future courses offering. Further, AMI reserves the right to use the photos/ videos taken during the course for its promotional and marketing activities.

  1. I, the above-named candidate, hereby authorized and confirmed that I have given my consent to Al Moalem Institute to give my learner number and details for the official use of ACCA.
  2. Al Moalem Institute does not grant visa assistance to any learner. Learner is solely responsible to secure visa to enable to attend the class. No refund will be provided for this reason unless written notification has been provided five working days before the course starts.
